E-Learning Center Support
The E-learning team provides faculty members and students with the support needed in all matters relating to Moodle Prince Sultan’s University Learning management system, virtual classrooms, and needed educational technologies to maintain a blended learning environment. Ranging from assisting students in accessing their courses to providing technical support on assignment submissions and online quizzes. Faculty members are always encouraged to contact the E-learning center to request assistance in using the many activities and resources provided by Moodle whether they need guidance in using a specific activity or requesting a workshop on a specific topic. In addition the E-learning team offers on the spot technical support for online assessments when requested.

Support Ticketing System
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid PSU email address is required to submit a ticket.
