E-Learning Center Support

The E-Learning Center (ELC) team provides faculty members and students with the support needed in all matters related to Prince Sultan University’s Moodle Learning Management System, virtual classrooms, and educational technologies that help maintain a blended learning environment. Support ranges from assisting students in accessing their courses to providing technical assistance with assignment submissions and online quizzes. Faculty members are encouraged to contact the ELC for assistance with the many activities and resources available through Moodle, whether they need guidance on using a specific activity or wish to request a workshop on a particular topic. In addition, the ELC team offers on-the-spot technical support for online assessments upon requested.
