Noura Alkahtani is a seasoned corporate director having served the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNG-HA) for over 22 years. Her experience is focused on clinical, operations, supply chain management, strategic planning, accounting, financial technology, and value-based health care delivery. Noura is certified in Healthcare Financial Management (CHFM) from the American Institute for Healthcare Quality (AIHQ). She holds three (3) Masters degrees in the fields of Healthcare and Hospital Administration ( MHHA from King Saudi University- Saudi Arabia), Medical Sciences (Master of Science (M.Sc.) from University of Glasgow – United Kingdom) and Business Administration (MBA specialized in finance (M.Fin) from University of Leicester - United Kingdom).

Noura is an evangelist for the emerging Fin-Tech and leads several initiatives to raise awareness of the Internet-of- Value (IOV) and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) among the financial and non-financial professionals. She also successfully led several digital transformation projects in healthcare financial and supply chain management, thus, she is forward-thinking strategist, digital strategy implementer and digital transformation advocate.
