New Students' Email Activation Instructions
An official university email account is created for each new student at Prince Sultan University. To activate your account and access your university email, please follow the steps below:
First: Update Your Initial Password
- Go to the MyAccount system.
- Enter your student ID in the Username field.
- Enter your national ID or Iqama number in the Initial Password field.
- After logging in, select the Change Password option.
- Create a strong new password and save your changes.
Second: Log in to Your PSU Email
After successfully changing your password, follow these steps:
- Go to the Gmail website.

Enter your university email address in the following format:
StudentID@psu.edu.sa - Enter the new password you created through the MyAccount system.
- Select Sign in to access your university email.
Example:
If your student ID is 211000001, your university email address will be:
211000001@psu.edu.sa
Important Notice
Your university-issued email address is the official means of communication between you and the university. You should check it regularly for important announcements, notifications, and correspondence.
Keep your password confidential and never share your university account details with anyone.
