The Educational Research Lab at Prince Sultan University plays a pivotal role in advancing education and scientific research in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The laboratory is dedicated to enhancing teaching and learning processes, effectively integrating educational technologies, and contributing to the development of innovative educational policies in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The event seeks to deliver an outstanding scholarly experience through distinguished keynote speakers, selected research, digital posters, and intensive professional development workshops. Its main themes include transformational leadership, educational reform, Vision 2030, quality assurance and accreditation, curriculum leadership, assessment leadership, the ethical and cultural dimensions of educational leadership, digital transformation, knowledge societies, sustainability, future-oriented curricula, and professional development. Accepted submissions by the ERL organizing committee would be delivered at the forum and given the opportunity to publish their articles in PSU’s Research Review-Journal (by Emerald Publishing) and Discover Education.
In addition, the forum will host a hackathon competition designed to foster innovation, support digital transformation, identify national talent, and enhance operational efficiency through innovative technological solutions. The hackathon tracks include leadership empowerment, entrepreneurship, social impact, sustainability, technology and digital innovation, e-learning, professional development, and empowering students to contribute to the Kingdom's economy.

Proposals are welcomed in the following forum strands:
Accepted proposals will be given an opportunity of publication in Discover Education (SCOPUS Q2).
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or symposium. The symposium will welcome colloquia and poster presentations, which will undergo a rigorous review by the Scientific Committee.
The proposal should be 150 - 200 words long with a clear title (12 words maximum). All submissions should include a short bio (50 words) of the presenter(s) to be included in the symposium program.

Dr. Norah Mansour Almusharraf is Dean of the Deanship of Quality Assurance and Development and Vice Dean for Development of the Deanship of Student Affairs at Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia. She is also an Associate Professor and Director of the Educational Research Lab, leading initiatives in quality assurance, accreditation, institutional effectiveness, and educational innovation. Dr. Almusharraf holds a PhD from the University at Buffalo (SUNY) and an Executive MBA from King Saud University. Recognized among the Stanford/Elsevier World’s Top 2% Scientists, her work focuses on quality intelligence, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and strategic performance management in higher education. She holds several international professional credentials, including PfMP®, PgMP®, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
