The Seventh Online International Symposium on Language and Communication Research (LCR2026)
International Symposium
Advancing Language & Communication Research
This symposium is organized and hosted by the Language and Communication Research Lab (LCRL) at the College of Sciences and Humanities, Prince Sultan University (PSU). It aims at promoting language and communication research in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Area through bringing together international names and high-quality research in various language and communication disciplines. These include, but are not limited to, Translation and Stylistics, Second Language Acquisition, Assessment, Corpus Linguistics, Discourse Analysis, Communication Studies and Cross-cultural Studies, among others.

Call for Papers
Submission Guidelines
Prepare your paper or poster according to the following submission requirements.
Individual Papers
- Presentation duration: 20 minutes, followed by 10 minutes for discussion.
- Abstract length: 250-300 words.
- Include a clear and concise title (maximum 12 words).
- The abstract should clearly present the research gap, methodology, key findings, and implications.
2- Posters
- Posters will be presented for 20 minutes. Postgraduate students are encouraged to apply under this category, which allows them to communicate with national and international scholars in their field and receive immediate feedback on their research. The abstract should range between 150-200 words, with a clear title (12 words maximum).
