Dr. Connie (Alia) Mitchell, PFHEA is an Assistant Professor who currently holds two positions at Prince Sultan University: Vice Dean of the College of Humanities and Director of the Teaching and Learning Center. She is also a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (PFHEA). Dr. Mitchell has 22+ years of teaching experience in the United States and in the Middle East. She has taught English as a Second or Foreign Language courses, TEFL courses, and Linguistic courses. She has also served as an external reviewer for NCAAA and TESOL/CAEP Reviewer and is currently a SAQF reviewer. Her research interest lies in professional development and quality assurance in higher education, program assessment, accreditation, linguistics, TESOL, TEFL, teacher training, and formative/summative assessment styles.

Dina Abdel Salam El-Dakhs is an associate professor at the Linguistics Department, the Research Director of the College of Humanities and the Leader of the Language Learning and Teaching Research Group. Her research interests are Psycholinguistics, Discourse Analysis, Pragmatics and Second Language Acquisition.

Dr. Dalbani is an Associate Professor in the Linguistics Department at Prince Sultan University. Assumed several leadership positions and contributed to the establishment of several higher education institutes and programs. She is experienced in tertiary education in different Arab universities in conventional and virtual learning environments with insights into the challenges pertaining to tertiary education in the Arab World. Her research interests are mainly in maintaining quality education, teaching English as a foreign language, and integrating pedagogy with technology.

Safaa Eissa is an associate professor with a PhD in curriculum and EFL instructions, a faculty in the Department of Linguistics, College of Humanities in Prince Sultan University - Riyadh and KSAALT TESOL Riyadh Chapter Representative. She is affiliated to the Test Development Department in the National Center for examinations and Educational Evaluation, Cairo - Egypt. Prior to her present position, she was the Chief Executive Officer and the Dean of two colleges in UAE.
